- I am Taghi Amani,born in 1980 in Iran.I
am graduated in Law from Tehran University in 2003.
I have 2 years of experience working as a researcher on IP areas in the
Iranian Office for registration of Trademarks an_d Inventions(2005-2007)
an_d, had an opportunity of joining the specialized team for drafing the
Implementary Regulations of Irans new Patents, Industrial Designs an_d
Trademarks Act(2008). As a main practice I work as a private
first-degree attorney specially on IP issues from 2005 to date. my
office located in my home country Iran(Tahran).
I am also Master student in Intellectual Property Rights in Turin(ILO
center) organised by WIPO an_d Turin University. for more,please have a
